In the early part of my career, I worked in accounting, learning business models and cost strategies that drive profit growth. After getting my MBA from a top-20 business school, I worked in consumer innovation for top brands like Milk-Bone, Meow Mix, and Coffee-mate creamer, on teams that won national innovation awards, learning how to take an idea, build a business model, and launch it in the market. Two product launches grossed over $50 million in their first year at retail and won national awards.  The chance of winning each award is 0.14%. Now I teach those winning frameworks to my students. 

For the last 10 years, I've been running a business advisory practice helping entrepreneurs start and scale their businesses using accounting, technology, and systems.
